A little about Aspire Aspire Physiotherapy Claremont is a welcoming, newly designed clinic in Mount Claremont, caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds across the local community. We're a supportive and experienced team with strong roots in sport and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and we're excited to continue building our services to reflect the needs and interests of our community. About the owner Aspire is led by a physiotherapist who's equal parts clinician and creative, with big plans for the clinic's future. When she's not at Aspire, she's working with the West Coast Eagles Football Club as Medical Coordinator. She's known for great playlists, strong coffee and some delicious food recommendations, and for building teams that people genuinely enjoy being part of. Her goal is simple: create a clinic where practitioners do meaningful work, grow professionally, and enjoy coming to work each day.

About the Role
Aspire is seeking a Practice Manager to help lead the operational side of a growing multi-disciplinary allied health clinic. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys running a tight, well organised operation.  Someone who can balance the details (rostering, systems, compliance) with the bigger picture (team culture, patient experience, growth).









The Role

You'll be the operational backbone of the clinic. overseeing day-to-day running, supporting the reception and admin team, and working closely with the Director to shape systems as the clinic grows. This includes everything from scheduling and patient flow to staff coordination and clinic compliance.

Remuneration: based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow across multiple practitioners and disciplines
  • Support and coordinate the reception/admin team, including rostering and day-to-day guidance
  • Manage clinic systems (Cliniko booking platform, KPI tracking, compliance documentation)
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and team communication as the clinic grows
  • Act as a key point of contact for patient experience issues and service improvements
  • Work with the Director on operational planning, staffing structure, and clinic development projects

We're looking for someone who is

  • Experienced in practice management, clinic operations, or a similar leadership/admin role (allied health or healthcare experience highly regarded, not essential)
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • A confident, clear communicator who can lead a small team with warmth and consistency
  • Comfortable with practice management software (Cliniko experience a bonus)
  • Solutions focused — someone who spots what needs fixing and gets on with it
  • Warm, personable and community-minded

The Role

You'll manage a musculoskeletal caseload within a relaxed, professional private practice setting. Alongside core musculoskeletal work, we welcome physiotherapists who bring or want to grow their own special interest area. We're particularly interested in skills that complement our current strengths and serve the Mount Claremont and surrounding communities.

Preferred: 3+ years clinical experience (however this is not essential)
Remuneration: based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • assessment, diagnosis and evidence based treatments
  • indivdualised rehabilitation and exercise prescription
  • integrate hands-on treatment and exercise rehabilitation as appropriate
  • Accurate clinical documentation and collaboration with other health professionals

We're looking for someone who is

  • AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
  • Strong in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment
  • Organised, reliable and clinically thoughtful, with excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Warm, personable and community-minded
  • Pilates or women's health experience welcome (desirable, not essential)

Aspire is seeking a skilled Remedial Massage Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. It's even better if you have an area of interest or specialty — sports recovery, myofascial work, or supporting rehab clients alongside our physiotherapists. We want this role to work for you too, so there's flexibility in shaping your schedule around clinic flow.









The Role

You'll manage your own client caseload within a relaxed, professional private practice setting, working alongside physiotherapists and exercise physiologists who value collaborative, patient-first care. Many of your clients will come through existing physio referrals, giving you a steady, well-supported caseload from the outset.

Remuneration: based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions through remedial massage techniques
  • Individualised treatment planning based on client needs and referring practitioner input
  • Clear, accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborating with physiotherapists and exercise physiologists on shared patient care

We're looking for someone who is

  • Qualified remedial massage therapist with current registration/insurance
  • Skilled in a range of remedial techniques, with the clinical judgement to adapt treatment to the client
  • Organised, reliable and professional in a private practice setting
  • Warm, personable and community-minded
  • Sports massage experience welcome (desirable, not essential)
