Pilates Classes
Mat Pilates

Our physiotherapy run mat Pilates classes provide a personalised approach to whole-body fitness, suitable for all abilities and experience levels. Each 45 minute session focuses on strength, mobility, and balance to help you move with confidence and feel stronger.
With only four participants per class, you’ll benefit from individualised attention, expert corrections, and a supportive environment. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to advance your practice, our physio-led sessions ensure safe, effective progress toward your goals.
Classes are also suitable for pregnancy and post-natal participants.

Functional Pilates

Our physiotherapy led small group classes combine Pilates and gym-based exercises in a dynamic, circuit style format. With a maximum of 3 participants per 45-minute session, you’ll receive a highly personalised workout that targets your whole body while aligning with your goals.
Using a variety of equipment, we keep sessions engaging and adaptable, with modifications available for all fitness levels—including pregnancy and postnatal care. The small class size allows our experienced physiotherapists to provide close supervision and tailored guidance so you get the most out of every workout.
Before joining, an initial appointment with one of our physiotherapists or exercise physiologists is required. This ensures your program is safe, effective, and aligned with your personal needs.

Our highly skilled physiotherapy team will design a tailored Clinical Pilates program to suit your individual goals and needs.

Exercise Physiology
Supervised Exercise Class

Our Supervised Exercise Classes offer patients the opportunity to complete their rehabilitation programs in a small group setting.
These 45 minute sessions are run under the supervision of either an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist, allowing you to work independently through your personalised exercise rehab plan while having professional support available if needed.
Rebates apply depending on the supervising practitioner, so please check your eligibility.
This class structure provides the perfect balance of independence, supervision, and the ability to
ask questions or receive guidance as you progress through your rehab plan.

All Inclusive NDIS Classes

This group exercise class is designed to provide a safe inclusive space for individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. This can be privately covered or NDIS funded.
At Aspire Physio Claremont we aim to provide a safe space for individuals to engage in physical activity in a social setting with friends. Maximum group size is 4 participants.

Group Classes
Mighty Movers - Adolescent S&C

Mighty Movers is an introductory, fundamentals-based class designed to teach adolescents key movement patterns in strength and conditioning. This class is ideal for any young athlete or teen looking to develop proper technique, build confidence, and learn how to move safely in a gym environment. By focusing on the foundations of strength, stability, and coordination, Mighty
Movers provides a strong base for future athletic development and injury prevention.
We structure the program around five key movement patterns, taught in fortnightly blocks: Squat, Hinge, Push & Pull, Lunge, and Power (Jumping & Landing). Within each block, adolescents will progress at their own pace, building strength and movement competency in a supportive and engaging environment.

Move to Perform -Adolescent S&C

Move to Perform is the next step for adolescents who have some experience with gym training and a solid foundation in movement patterns. This class is designed for those looking to further develop their strength, power, and movement efficiency to enhance performance in their chosen sport.
In addition to structured strength and conditioning progressions, this program includes baseline testing (if interested, this will bee need to be booked separately), allowing athletes to track their progress with objective measures. Testing will be repeated at the end of the term block, providing clear insights into their development and improvements over time.

MAMILS

Let’s be honest — you’re not training for the Tour de France, but you still want to stay mobile, strong, and maybe even out-sprint your mates on the weekend ride. Welcome to MAMILS — a HIIT-style classmade just for the those who enjoy a bit of sweat, banter, and structured movement.
Held in our small-group rehab gym, each session includes a mix of mobility, activation, strength, and cardio – all tailored to the needs of middle-aged men who still want to move well and feel good (without wrecking themselves). Think: less burpees, more back-friendly moves. Less ego lifting, more smart training.
Come for the fitness. Stay for the laughs. Lycra optional, dad jokes encouraged (especially if Fini is an attendee).
