Mighty Movers

Mighty Movers is an introductory, fundamentals-based class designed to teach adolescents key movement patterns in strength and conditioning. This class is ideal for any young athlete or teen looking to develop proper technique, build confidence, and learn how to move safely in a gym environment. By focusing on the foundations of strength, stability, and coordination, Mighty
Movers provides a strong base for future athletic development and injury prevention.
We structure the program around five key movement patterns, taught in fortnightly blocks: Squat, Hinge, Push & Pull, Lunge, and Power (Jumping & Landing). Within each block, adolescents will progress at their own pace, building strength and movement competency in a supportive and engaging environment.

Move to Perform

Move to Perform is the next step for adolescents who have some experience with gym training and a solid foundation in movement patterns. This class is designed for those looking to further develop their strength, power, and movement efficiency to enhance performance in their chosen sport.
In addition to structured strength and conditioning progressions, this program includes baseline testing (if interested, this will bee need to be booked separately), allowing athletes to track their progress with objective measures. Testing will be repeated at the end of the term block, providing clear insights into their development and improvements over time.
